IPTV Pro Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 September 2026

1. About these terms

This page sets out the agreement between you and IPTV Pro. It applies the moment you subscribe, ask for a free trial, or start using the service, and it covers the website iptv-pro.co.za as well as the service itself.

Where this page says “IPTV Pro”, “we” or “us”, it means the business that runs the service, which you can reach at contact@iptv-pro.co.za. Where it says “you”, it means the person who holds the subscription.

If any part of this page is not acceptable to you, the right course is not to use the service.

2. The service in plain terms

IPTV Pro gives you access to television, films and series delivered across your own internet connection. What we actually hand over is a set of login details, which you type into a player app on a device you already have.

Three things sit outside what we provide, and it helps to be clear about them from the start:

The player app. The apps used to watch are written and published by other companies. If one of them charges for a licence or an upgrade, that payment is between you and that company and is not something we can refund.

Your equipment. The screen, box, stick, phone or computer you use, and whether it can decode a given stream, is your side of the arrangement.

Your internet line. Picture quality depends heavily on the speed and steadiness of your connection, which we have no control over.

3. Who may subscribe, and for what

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

The service is licensed for use inside a private home. Showing it to the public or using it for business — in a bar, restaurant, guesthouse, gym, shop, office or anywhere customers or visitors gather — is not permitted.

It is up to you to make sure the way you use the service is lawful wherever you are.

4. Your login, your connections and Multi Room

Your login details belong to your household and nobody else. Passing them on, posting them, selling them or letting someone outside the household use them is not allowed.

A standard subscription carries one stream at a time. You can install the app on as many of your own devices as you like, but only one can be playing at any moment.

Multi Room adds further simultaneous streams. Each extra connection is quoted and paid for separately and lasts until the end of the package it was added to, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Every added connection receives the full service, not a reduced version.

Keeping your login, device keys and MAC addresses private is your responsibility. We cannot accept liability for what happens if they are disclosed.

We may suspend or close an account, without a refund, where details are shared or resold, where far more streams run than the account allows, or where the pattern of use clearly goes beyond a single private household.

5. Packages, prices and paying

Current packages and prices are published on our pricing page. Every price shown is in South African rand and is the full amount you pay, VAT included.

Payment is taken through the providers listed at checkout, on their own terms. We do not receive or keep your full card details.

Packages end; they do not roll over. No card is kept on file, no debit order is set up and there is nothing to cancel. When your package runs out, access stops until you decide to buy again.

We may revise our prices from time to time. A revision never touches a package you have already paid for — it only applies when you next buy.

Any fee your own bank or card issuer adds, including for currency conversion, is yours to carry.

6. The free trial

We may offer a free trial lasting up to 24 hours so you can judge the service on your own equipment first. Whether to offer one is our decision, and we can limit or withdraw it.

One trial is available per person, household, device or payment method, and we may decline repeat requests.

A trial is provided as it stands. It carries no promise about availability, line-up or picture quality, and it does not commit us to any particular content being available on a paid package.

7. Picture quality and 4K

This section exists because IPTV Pro is sold on picture quality, and quality claims deserve precise wording.

4K is delivered where the channel itself broadcasts in 4K. Channels broadcast in Full HD or HD reach you in that resolution. A signal produced at 1080p cannot be converted into genuine 4K by any provider, and we do not claim otherwise.

Watching in 4K also depends on things we do not supply: a 4K screen, a device and player that can decode 4K in hardware, and a steady connection of around 25 Mbps per 4K stream. Where any of these is missing you will receive a lower resolution, and that is not a fault in the service.

Multi Room multiplies the bandwidth you need. Running several screens in 4K at once requires a line with the capacity for all of them.

If the picture falls short of what this section describes, tell us which channel and which device. That is a complaint we want to investigate, not one we will brush aside.

8. What is on the service

Channel line-ups, the on-demand library, guide data and catch-up come from upstream sources and may change at any time without notice. Figures on our site, such as the number of channels or titles, are approximate and are not a promise that any specific channel, fixture, film or series will be there at a given time.

We do not guarantee the availability of any particular channel or sporting event. A channel being removed, interrupted or replaced does not on its own amount to a breach of these terms.

If one channel or event is the reason you are subscribing, please ask us beforehand. We would rather give you a straight answer than have you discover the gap afterwards.

9. Availability and interruptions

We work to keep the service running without interruption but cannot promise that it always will.

It may be unavailable during maintenance and updates, or because of something outside our reasonable control — your internet provider, your equipment, your home network, upstream sources, load-shedding, or any other cause beyond us.

Interruptions that start on your side are not our responsibility, including those caused by your device, software, connection, wi-fi, VPN or player app.

If a channel keeps failing, report it by name. A specific report lets us look at the actual stream.

10. What you may not do

You may not share, resell or redistribute your login or the service; record, retransmit or publicly show any content, or make it available to anyone outside your household; attempt to reverse-engineer, extract from, bypass or disrupt the service or its protections; use the service for anything unlawful; or access it by automated means.

Doing any of these may lead to your access being suspended or ended immediately and without a refund.

11. Money back, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act

Every IPTV Pro package comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day you pay. This is a commercial guarantee we choose to give.

It sits on top of your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and does not take their place. Nothing on this page is meant to reduce or exclude any right that the Act, or any other law, says cannot be reduced or excluded.

How to claim, and what the guarantee does and does not cover, is set out in our refund policy.

12. Getting help

Support is available through the channels on our contact page. We aim to answer quickly at any hour, but response times are an aim rather than a contractual promise.

Telling us which device you use, and sending a photo of the screen where it helps, speeds things up considerably.

Support covers your login and your access to the service. Repairing your equipment, your network or another company's app is outside it, though we will always try to point you in the right direction.

13. Other companies, their products and trade marks

Our site and guides may refer to apps, devices, platforms and services made by other companies, purely so you can identify them. Every trade mark, product name and logo remains the property of its owner.

A reference to another company's product does not mean that company endorses us, works with us or is connected to us, or the other way round. We are not affiliated with any broadcaster, satellite operator or sports rights holder.

Other companies' apps, sites and stores run under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

14. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the service is capped at what you paid us for your current package.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, or for a programme, match or event you were unable to watch.

Nothing here limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited — including liability under the Consumer Protection Act. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain in full.

15. Suspending or ending the service

We may suspend or end your access, with or without warning, if you break these terms, if the law requires us to, or if continuing to provide the service becomes impossible or unlawful.

If we end it because of something you did, no refund is due. If we end it for a reason that is not your doing, we refund the unused part of your package in proportion.

16. Your personal information

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms and follows the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.

18. When these terms change

We may update this page. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date it was last changed is shown at the top.

If a change affects your rights in a meaningful way, we will take reasonable steps to let subscribers know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

19. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and South African courts have jurisdiction.

Please come to us first. Almost every problem is resolved faster by simply telling us what went wrong.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may take it to the National Consumer Commission or to an accredited consumer court or ombud under the Consumer Protection Act. Details are at thencc.org.za.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

20. Contacting us

The fastest route is the WhatsApp button on our contact page. You can also email contact@iptv-pro.co.za.

For a formal notice or complaint, email us with Complaint in the subject line so it is routed and recorded correctly.
