Everything customers ask us, before and after subscribing — including the honest answers on 4K, Multi Room and what your line needs to keep up.
IPTV Pro streams live TV, films and series over your own internet line — no dish, no decoder from us, no installer coming to the house. You subscribe, we send your login details, and you enter them into an app on a device you already own.
Pick a package on the pricing page and message us on WhatsApp. We send a payment link, your login details follow within minutes, and we walk you through the setup for your particular device.
A few minutes. Once payment clears the login details go out on WhatsApp, at any hour. No queue and no office hours.
Yes — 24 hours free, on your own TV and your own line, with no card details. On a service that sells on picture quality, an evening of watching tells you more than any page.
Depending on your device, either a server URL with a username and password, or an M3U link — sometimes both, plus a TV guide link. Tell us your device and we send the right format first time.
No. A smart TV, phone, tablet, computer, streaming stick or games console is enough. If your TV turns out to be awkward we tell you straight and point at the cheapest way round it.
4K where the channel broadcasts in 4K, otherwise Full HD or HD. A programme produced and sent out in 1080p cannot be turned into real 4K by anyone — upscaling only invents pixels that were never recorded. We would rather say that than promise the impossible.
Three things: a 4K screen, a player app and device that decode 4K in hardware, and a steady line of around 25 Mbps. If any one of those is missing you will get Full HD, which still looks excellent.
Extra simultaneous connections. A standard subscription runs one stream at a time; with Multi Room the lounge, the bedroom and a tablet each watch something different at the same moment. Every connection gets the full channel list, not a reduced one.
As many as the household needs. Each extra connection is priced separately and runs until the end of your current package. Ask us and we will quote for the exact number of screens.
Yes, and it is worth planning for. Four screens in Full HD need roughly four times the bandwidth of one. For a busy household, uncapped fibre is the setup that avoids arguments.
Yes. Each connection is independent, so two rooms can be on the same channel or on completely different ones.
Over 20 000 live channels, sorted by category rather than dumped in one list. The South African channels you would expect are there, in English and the other home languages, alongside channels from more than 150 countries.
Included in every package — football, rugby, cricket, motorsport, golf and tennis, local and international. There is no sports tier: the one-month package carries the same sport as the annual one.
More than 140 000 titles on demand, updated regularly, with subtitles and audio tracks where the source carries them.
Yes — a full EPG for planning the week, and catch-up of up to seven days on many channels. It varies by channel, so ask about the ones you care about.
If one channel is the reason you are subscribing, ask us before you pay. We would much rather tell you up front than have you find out afterwards. Line-ups do change, so we give you the current answer, not a guess.
Smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV sets, streaming sticks, Android boxes, dedicated IPTV boxes, satellite receivers that run Enigma2, games consoles, Android and iOS phones and tablets, and Windows and Mac computers. Tell us your model and we will confirm.
On most recent models, yes — the player installs from the TV's own app store. Some older models have no suitable app, and then a low-cost streaming stick is the easiest answer.
About 10 Mbps per screen for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Steadiness matters more than peak speed: a cable or 5 GHz wi-fi beats a faster line on a crowded 2,4 GHz band.
Roughly 1,5 GB an hour in Full HD and about 4 GB an hour in 4K — per screen. On a capped line, stay on the HD version of a channel rather than the 4K one.
Nothing is stored on a box in the house, so a power cut costs you only the hours it lasts. Carry on watching on a phone or tablet, or on a TV running off an inverter.
No. It runs over an ordinary connection, and it works alongside a VPN if you prefer to use one.
One month, three months, six months and twelve months. Every package carries the same channels, the same 4K and the same sport — only the length and the saving change. See pricing.
Card, PayPal or crypto through a secure payment provider. Message us and we send a payment link for the package you have chosen.
Yes. Payments are handled by a payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
No. Nothing renews on its own, no payment method is stored and there is no cancellation notice to give. Near the end of your package, message us and we renew on the same login details.
Yes, both. Message us and we work out the difference with you. Your login details stay the same, so there is nothing to reinstall.
Every package carries a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Full detail is in our refund policy.
Because of what sits behind it: capacity for 4K streams, room for several screens per household, and support that answers at any hour. If one screen in HD is all you need, a cheaper service may suit you better — and we would rather say so.
Nine times out of ten a space has been copied onto the end of a field. Paste each value again, check the very end of the server URL, and use exactly the http or https and port we sent.
Send us the channel name. We watch the servers continuously and most single-channel issues are sorted within hours. The name helps us far more than "it's not working".
Try the same channel at a lower quality. If HD runs clean and only 4K freezes, it is bandwidth. If everything freezes, try a cable or 5 GHz wi-fi — and tell us either way.
Usually the channel is broadcasting in 1080p, or the player is decoding in software. Set the decoder to hardware in the player settings and check the channel is a 4K one.
Give it a few minutes on first load, then use the app's refresh or EPG update option. If we sent a separate guide link, check it has been entered.
